Shipping Policy - Effective March 1, 2016

Detergents, Prefolds & Other heavy items:
These items will be subject to additional shipping charges as the least expensive method for shipping them is much higher than other items.
In the event that what we charge you for shipping is more than $2.00 over the retail cost of postage, we will refund you the difference at the time of shipping. We ship the majority of our outgoing packages through USPS, but will occasionally use UPS, which ever is the least expensive for us.
We ship orders as quickly as time allows and officially state that all orders, of in stock product, will ship out within four (4) business days. We will notify you within two (2) business days if we are unable to ship all items within that time frame or if any items are out of stock. We do utilize drop-ship services from some distribution centers and manufacturers. Because of this, some items may ship separately and not all items visible online will be available in store or for Local Pick Up.
We cannot guarantee shipping times from distributors or manufacturers. We also have no control over a package once it is picked up by the delivery service. Please check your tracking information that is provided and that service provider if your package shows "Picked Up."
Local Pick Up:
This in an option available, at no cost, for customers willing to come to our Norfolk, NE store, during scheduled hours. If you make this selection in error, we will e-mail you an invoice for the appropriate shipping costs which must be paid prior to your order shipping.
We are no longer offering international shipping. A lot of our manufacturers have territory restrictions that prohibit us from shipping out of the United States, but not all. So as to avoid errors, we have chosen to discontinue international shipping.
We will accept returns of unopened, unused items that are free from defect, odors and pet hair within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund in the same form as that of payment, less shipping costs. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if applicable. If you received free shipping, your refund will be less the cost of actual shipping. After the 30 days, we will offer store credit in the same manner, for up to 60 days. Any products with a manufacturer's defect will be the responsibility of the manufacturer, but please contact us if you have trouble reaching out to them. We will be happy to help.
In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping to us and shipping for the replacement product, unless the reason for exchange is an error on our behalf.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on carriers or intimates. Intimates include diapers, teething items, bras, panties, maternity support, mama cloth, menstrual products or related accessories for sanitary reasons.

We currently accept payment by means of PayPal which allows you to pay with your PayPal Account, Credit or Debit Card and Google Checkout. We will be expanding to offer direct Credit Card Payments very soon. We do not charge any additional fees for payment. Any fees that may possibly occur would be by either your card company or PayPal.
In Store, we will accept credit, debit and cash. Checks will not be accepted.
Here at Natural Littles, LLC, we strive to make cloth diapering as easy for you as possible, but we do not have all the answers. Throughout our site you will find links to other sites not owned or operated by us. We cannot be held responsible for the content on these sites.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Natural Littles, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. You will be notified if your full order is unavailable or if items will be shipping separately.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. We do not allow ordering of Out-Of-Stock items on a regular basis. Usually, products ship within 2-3 days, so long as a weekend or Holiday do not interfere with shipping and there are no special requests. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping without restocking fees.
We will gladly place orders for products that we do not normally stock, provided we have a business relationship with the manufacturer. Please note that these manufacturers require us to make orders of a minimum size, so under most circumstances, there will be a delay in ordering or getting these items to you.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Natural Littles site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
